Data Deletion
Want us to delete your information? We can do that, with some important exceptions. We're required to keep certain financial records for tax and legal compliance purposes, but we'll delete everything else within 30 days of your request.
Service Withdrawal
You can stop our services anytime. When you do, we'll immediately stop collecting new information and begin the process of securely deleting data that's no longer needed for legal compliance.

- Marketing preferences: Until you unsubscribe or we lose contact for two years
- Website visitor data: Automatically deleted after 24 months
When retention periods expire, we securely delete digital files and shred physical documents. We maintain deletion logs for compliance verification.
International Data Transfers
Your information stays in Malaysia whenever possible. However, some of our software providers and security services operate servers in other countries with strong data protection laws, including Singapore and Australia.
When data crosses borders, we ensure receiving countries have adequate privacy protections and our service providers have contractually committed to Malaysian privacy standards. You'll be informed if your data needs to be processed outside Malaysia for any reason.

When providing family budget planning that involves children's expenses or savings accounts, we collect only necessary information and with clear parental authorization.

Privacy laws and our business practices evolve over time. When we update this policy, we'll notify existing clients via email at least 30 days before changes take effect.
Significant changes that affect how we handle your information will require your explicit consent to continue services. You'll always have the option to withdraw from services if you disagree with policy changes.
